Orders and shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that suggest an intended use outside of laboratory research.

No refunds policy

All sales are final. Due to the research-only nature and laboratory handling requirements of these products, Gold Line Research does not offer refunds, exchanges, chargebacks, or returns for any reason, including orders that are delayed, misdelivered by the carrier, or no longer wanted.

By proceeding with payment and placing an order with Gold Line Research, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy, and you waive any right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or payment provider on the basis of refund eligibility.

If an order is lost, damaged in transit, or otherwise non-deliverable, contact us through the contact page and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Any resolution is at our sole discretion and does not constitute an obligation to refund.
